Team-Building Storytelling

Gain a new perspective on how to develop your brand story.

Working on a personal story in a small group shines a light on what makes a story pursuasive and powerful.

We invite your team to a session where they will work on developing a personal story to tell — a funny story, a harrowing moment in their life, a narrative about overcoming adversity.

Learn by doing.

As individuals share their story, the facilitators and their team members ask questions and provide feedback, challenging the storyteller to dig deeper, provide more visceral descriptions, or reveal more about the “why” behind the story they’re telling.

As the story develops the team learns about the importance of adding human elements to make the story come alive to the listener.

Host a storytelling event.

In addition to providing inspiration, the workshop helps participants learn more about each other, build a sense of trust, and get comfortable with critical skills that will make them a stronger team, such as giving and receiving critiques, accessing each member’s particular talents to become a stronger group, and challenge each other to do their best.

Who should take the workshop?

The workshop is ideal for:

  • Marketing teams that want to expand their content marketing capabilities through better stories.
  • Sales teams who want to improve meeting outcomes through stronger customer connections.
